A referral service
Gaylord Boxes (gaylord-boxes.com) is a referral service. When you send a quote request, we pass it to one or more partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, manufacture, store, recondition, haul or deliver containers ourselves, and we are not a party to any order you place with a supplier.
Quotes and orders
Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, availability, lead times, delivery, payment terms, warranties and returns. Any order you place is a contract between you and that supplier, under their terms. Requesting a quote is free and does not oblige you to buy or sell anything.
