Who we are
Gaylord Boxes (gaylord-boxes.com) is a referral service. We take quote requests for gaylord boxes, bulk bins, pallets and related services and pass them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and fulfil orders.
What the form collects
Only what you type into the quote form: first and last name, email address, phone number, company, address, city, state, postal code, product type, service, grade, quantity and your message, plus the address of the page the form was sent from and which form on the page you used.
How it is used and who receives it
Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which records it and passes it to one or more partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. Partner suppliers use your details to respond to your request. We do not sell your details to marketing companies, data brokers or list providers. The site is hosted by Cloudflare.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see which pages are useful. Visitors whose time zone is in Europe, or whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, are counted without cookies or storage on their device. Session recording is switched off, and the site sets no advertising cookies.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to them and keep a reasonable record of quotes, and are then deleted. Partner suppliers who receive your request keep it under their own policies.
Your choices
To ask for a copy of what was collected, a correction or deletion, send a request through the contact form and say what you need. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, we will honour them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The form posts to this site's own server, which forwards it to the lead platform; credentials are kept on the server and never sent to the browser.
